Philips Pediatric Coaching helps children feel more comfortable with MRI scans, avoiding the need for sedation or general anesthesia.

Their integrated offering allows hospitals to conduct remote patient monitoring with limited clinical resources.

The new products will be added to Philips' HealthSuite.

Together the businesses have 900,000 subscribers.
