A federal jury found three former executives guilty of defrauding investors and clients, largely pharma companies. 

This week's top stories include the House approving a bill that expands the scope of those who qualify for financial help, bad bots complicating vaccine sign-ups, and PatientPoint merging with Outcome Health to form a patient engagement entity.

This merger comes over a year after news broke that Outcome Health faced a number of legal battles. 

The company's former CEO, president and CFO are each facing multiple counts of wire fraud, bank fraud and mail fraud, among other charges.

The digital health advertiser hopes to close the book on roughly two years of scandal after reports that it manipulated and sold falsified advertising inventory.
