There have been endless claims that AI will transform patient care, freeing up clinicians to spend time with patients and cutting costs, but many investors are wary of grandiose promises and prefer to hear the truth instead according to a session at the HIMSS & Health 2.0 European Digital Conference.

The new round was led by European Bank for Reconstruction and Development and Health Capital. 

The partnership aims to reduce pressure on the health system by automating the triage process. 

The startup now plans to move into telemedicine and expand into other GCC countries.
