Founders Fund

The round was led by Todd Cozzens and had participation from existing investors Khosla Ventures, Founders Fund, Green Innovations, Vesalius Biocapital and Faber.   

Filed yesterday, the suit describes a collaborative effort among Zocdoc executives and at least one investor to mislead the former CEO and chairman so that he could not protect himself from a sudden expulsion. 

The round was led by Khosla Ventures with participation from Founders Fund, Green Innovations, Lachy Groom, Vesalius Biocapital and Faber Ventures. 

Founders Fund led the round, which will help the sleep tracking company expand its team and support R&D.

The service will be launching for consumers this fall. 

The new round of funding will also help the company expand its teams and pursue new strategic partnerships within the US.
