Dexcom CEO Kevin Sayer has seen the company through some boom years, including growth that has outpaced the company's manufacturing capabilities. But they've learned lessons and are pressing on with a new, smaller sensor in 2021.

While Dexcom reports that interruptions in the service are mostly under control, many customers are critiquing the company's poor messaging of the issue, which they say could be fatal.

Dexcom announced a slew of announcements this morning including an integration with Google Fit, a feature that lets users share their readings with 10 people and a technical inquiries feature. 

This morning Glooko also announced that its diasend platform will be compatible with the Dexcom G6. 

Realtime blood glucose information will allow Livongo's platform to deliver more insights, coaching to people with diabetes.
