Hello Heart
New plan members will have access to Hello Heart's products free of charge that are aimed at improving cardiovascular health.
The aim is to expand Hello Heart's reach across patient populations by utilizing the Amwell platform.
The round comes nearly a year after the company announced it had raised $45 million in Series C financing.
The study enrolled more than 28,000 participants, and the follow-up period lasted as long as three years.
Livongo Health, Hinge Health, Hello Heart, Torchlight and Whil each underwent "rigorous clinical, data security and business evaluation" for inclusion in the program.
The company hopes the well-known consumer brand will make its program more accessible.
