Filed yesterday, the suit describes a collaborative effort among Zocdoc executives and at least one investor to mislead the former CEO and chairman so that he could not protect himself from a sudden expulsion. 

Since launching its SedaKit for Digital Sedation product in June 2019, the Belgian company said more than 60,000 patients have used its digital therapy.

The health research platform has already helped enroll 356,000 participants into the nationwide research program.
